Rig Built and Used for SPF Roofing and Home Insulating

We added a 50Kw diesel Onan 3-phase Generator with 680 hours, which powers a whole lot of fancy goodies. We have both an electrical 240v through system for the H-50 pump (largest they make), a step down transformer to run the 120 v single phase for lights, plugs, etc. which is more than enough to run multiple barrel heaters–also included. We also have a rare and expensive 3-phase transformer with every voltage you can imagine, a dozen voltages from 120v to 513v. All this is piped in conduit to the right places.

We’ve added a compressor array that is not to be believed. Quincy dual compressors, 3-phase, 480 v monsters with multiple air driers and 2 ea., 100 gallon plus storage tanks and auto drains, which work every time you turn off the machine. This is $30,000 plus worth of compressors. The heads were rebuilt a few years ago ($400 each)

Added a NEW Graco H-50 and space for another too. There is another H-50 Gama, but it needs to be rebuilt. it’s included, but it’s 10 years old and has been sitting.

The rig is about 10 years old. The H-50 is basically new with just dozens of hours on it. THERE ARE NO ISSUES with the equipment, but the trailer is undersized in the axle department. Should have 2 ea. 7,000 pound axles, it has half that. They should also be on leaf springs and moved forward. I priced a triple axel at 6k, and it was just $750 a few years ago for the whole axle array which is welded to a sub-frame, plus tires (off any 3/4 or one ton truck) and labor to install. I can get it done right down the street if interested. I haul a few hours (Vernal, Cedar, etc.) with no issues, but if you are taking this to Alaska, you better consider axles. Otherwise, the only other issue is the occasional spray from a broken hose, which gets onto everything. Floor is sticky and hose is older, except one new 50 ft. that is 3/8″–not 1/4″. Needs a new whip hose.
