Nate Klostreich (back), shows Jeremiah Hein (L) and Mike Hein (R) a PMC PH-2 machine
As you may remember from earlier posts, Jeremiah Hein and his father Michael Hein, owners of Energy Savers LLC, were the winners of Polyurethane Machinery Corporation’s give-away prize of a new PMC AP-3 spray gun and training. Spray Foam Insider recently interviewed Jeremiah to obtain some feedback about his experience at Polyurethane Machinery Corporation (PMC).
Jeremiah and his father opted to travel to the PMC Headquarters, in Lakewood, New Jersey, to receive their prizes. “Upon our arrival, we were introduced to PMC’s staff and were given a tour of the facility. We never realized how much quality, precision and care goes into manufacturing each PMC machine and other equipment. I was impressed to learn that most of the parts are made locally. Our tour included getting acquainted with the PH-2, PMC Classic machine and the PF-1600. My father got an opportunity to spray some foam using the PF-1600. It was great to be able to actually try out the equipment and learn about PMC’s new machine features,” explained Jeremiah.

During their visit at PMC, Jeremiah and his father also talked with Tim Newmeyer, PMC’s Technical Service Manager. “Tim is highly knowledgeable, and it was a great experience to meet and talk with him”, said Jeremiah. Next, the pair entered the technical demo lab where Tim Newmeyer and Damian Lardieri presented the father and son with their new AP-3 spray gun. Rodger Brown and Nate Klostreich, two of PMC’s Technical Service Representatives, provided the pair with training on the spray gun. Jeremiah and his father also received further technical training along with PMC’s Contractor Training Manuals. “We learned all about taking the gun apart, how to maintenance it and how to use it. The training and manuals we received gave us a lot of valuable information and reference material. Everyone we met was so expert, and they took the time to answer all of our questions. They were just awesome! In fact, the entire PMC staff went out of their way to ensure that our visit was both rewarding and memorable. They even provided us with a nice lunch! I have to say that our experience at PMC was incredible and absolutely worth the trip. We learned a lot!” said Jeremiah. As a parting gift, the pair received PMC swag consisting of bags, shirts, hats and other goodies.
