The Suit will allow for cool air generated by the CB8000 to circulate within the Cool-Breeze Chill Suit. The CB8000 delivers 92-100 CFM’s of Air Conditioned /Fresh Air to service a 2- man system. With the addition of a Cool- Breeze Chill Suit, each worker will be provided with the advantage of circulated cool air throughout their suit. Tennessee Chill Box- Tri-Shield Suit, triple layer disposable material that features a breathable design and provides the durability needed for a wide range of motion for industry use and general applications. The extra-long torso provides the added comfort for crawling in attics or squatting in close places. A 5 pocket design, tough SMS construction, and heavy duty Gator zipper with storm flap, offers the added comfort and durability needed. Shoe covers included with each suit to provide added protection for boot coverage.
The Tri- Shield Suit features elastic wrist and free leg openings for easy on/off removal and allowing for maximum cooling/ heating to remain inside the interior of the suit. The suit is connected by means of a hose that is split by means of a 3/4 breathing tube hose via a wye self -adjusted adapter valve, attached to the air- line hose of the CB8000 unit. This adapter valve controls the amount of air flow and temperature that is distributed to the end user. Connection directly to the suit on the right side of the user’s suit, midway, waist level, with personal control valve at the waist. Allowing for maximum cooled/ heated air circulation within the interior of the suit. A waistband that has a vented hose attaches around the interior suit of the users waists and is kept in place by a Velcro size adjustable belt and tabs. Swivel connections for the hose connections allow for easy on/off removal of suit. The Tri-Shield suit is Tennessee Chill Box BLUE and does not come with attached hood.

Tennessee Chill Box- Enviro-Shield Suit microporous disposal material. Suit material is excellent for industry use and general applications. Featuring the Gator heavy duty zipper with storm flap and elastic ankles and wrists. This suit also has an attached hood, allowing for head coverage with use of a full face mask or hood assembly, and full body coverage that allows for maximum cooling/heating within the suit. Shoe covers included with each suit to provide added protection for boot coverage. ****It is advised to use a thin Tyvek suit covering over the Cool Breeze Chill Suit for extended wear of the suit.
*Heated Suit Device. Suits are designed to use in conjunction with a Portable Heater Device to supply heat if desired.
The Cool Breeze- Chill Suit will be used in Tennessee Chill Box NIOSH hose applications as well as our non- NIOSH hose. Suits will allow for a 2 man operation, both using a respirator device for breathing and a wye split hose servicing the cooling/heated suit.
