The PDA (Polyurea Development Association) Conference

PDA participants learn about high pressure equipment for polyurea applications.

Joining the PDA is a great way to learn about opportunities for providing your customers with polyurea applications. Polyurea coating applications are almost endless and offer something for everyone. Polyurea coating is a highly durable, almost indestructible coating that is used for all kinds of structures, such as containments, wastewater treatment facilities, roads, bridges, roofs, seawall retention for erosion control, gas station islands, truck bed liners and much more. Polyurea is also used by the military in many ways including “bullet-proofing” their vehicles. If you are already in the spray foam business, and have a high-pressure machine with high pressure hoses, you can use that same system for polyurea applications.

 

The PDA Conference, Held in Orlando, Florida, was a Big Success!

It began with training sessions followed by some informative speakers like Mitch Schermer, who taught the attendees about contract law and the importance of making sure you’re protected. There were several demos including some spray demos by US Coatings Specialists. The conference included exhibitors, sponsors, and held its famous raffle that attendees look forward to each year. The PDA is well-known for providing expert speakers at every conference.
