Attendees gather to hear keynote speakers at the PDA Conference
The PDA Conference, held in Orlando, Florida, provided fun, food and several riveting presentations. Attendees had an opportunity to meet the experts and learn from the best in the industry. Some of the keynote speakers, such as Dudley Primeaux, of Primeaux & Associates, gave an informative talk on the “Polyurea Standards Update”. Dr. George Thompson, of Chemical Compliance Systems, Inc., explained “How to Avoid (or Win) a Polyurea or SPF Lawsuit”. David Stephano, of the Henry Company, had everyone’s attention with his eye-opening presentation entitled, “Case Study: Roofing—The Good, Bad and Ugly”. Benjy Abbot, of Specialty Products Inc., explained “Using Your Existing Equipment to Process Concrete-Lifting Foam”. Steve Reinstadler, of Covestro Company, gave an interactive demonstration of chemical bonding using members of the audience. His memorable presentation entitled, “A primer on Polyurethane, Polyurea and Polyaspartic Construction Coatings” both informed and entertained the audience. There were so many great presentations that it was difficult to mention them all. Thanks to all the keynote speakers and exhibitors for making this year’s PDA conference a great experience!
